This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to inform you about the type of information that Giftarium (“we,” “us,” or “our” ) may gather about or collect from you in connection with your use of this site (this “Site”). It also is intended to explain the conditions under which we use and disclose that information, and your rights in relation to that information.

Registration and Other Information Provided to Us

In order to have our products sent to you, we request certain personally identifiable information from you upon placing your order. On the order form you are required to give contact information (such as name, address and email address). We use this information to send you products and to communicate with you.

Newsletters

Receiving our newsletter is required as part of the service that we offer. We will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters you may click on the unsubscribe link located within each email communication.

Surveys

From time to time, we may also ask you to participate in surveys designed to help us improve this Site. Unsubscribing

If you no longer desire our service, you may delete your personally identifiable information or opt out of receiving any emails by visiting the unsubscribe page or emailing support@giftarium.com.
